Topics:

Papers should provide an in-depth analysis of a current legal issue concerning food, drugs, animal drugs, biologics, cosmetics, diagnostics, dietary supplements, medical devices or tobacco. FDLI welcomes the submission of papers prepared for course work, but entrants must pay attention to competition details and edit such papers accordingly.

Noncompliance with these requirements will affect evaluation and may result in disqualification.

NOTE: We do accept submissions that have been submitted to other writing contests, however, if you win FDLI’s competition and are chosen to be published in the Food and Drug Law Journal it must be the first publication that includes your article.
